ABOUT US
Byron Developments was established by Paul Brown and Shah Ashraf who met working in the construction industry 25 years earlier, remaining close friends over this time we both have vast experience of running a variety of different building projects and both running our own successful companies. Byron Developments brings together 5o years experience in the construction industry working on a range of different properties and building types, from commercial refurbs, shop fit outs, domestic extensions, loft conversions and timber frame buildings including SIPS. We operate from Birmingham through to the Shropshire Hills. Projects we are currently working on include loft conversions, complete house refurbishments including a new timber frame extension in the Shropshire hills AONB and a grade 2 listed full refurbishment of a oak framed cottage in Bewdley. As with all of our projects we can manage the project from start to finish, working from your existing plans or we work along side local architect who can bring your project into reality. Our ongoing vision is to deliver economical, cost effective projects for our customers, using eco friendly materials and innovative building techniques.
Meet Paul
Paul has developed many skills during his time in the construction industry, a master of most trades he will ensure your project continues at pace. Paul will manage our team onsite to ensure the highest standard of workmanship delivered on time to the customers requirements.
Meet Shah
Shah is a skilled engineer and builder and has worked in design, he always adds something different to each project. A people person who brings great energy and thinks outside the box to solve complex problems onsite.
